• No proof of operation of a vehicle by defendant. Felony OWI 3rd and DWLS dismissed at Preliminary Examination.

• Restricted license granted at first Secretary of State DLAD hearing, after four drunk driving convictions and seven years of revocation.

• No proof of driving. OWI and DWLS dismissed.

• Police had no legal basis for stopping vehicle. DWLS 2nd and Possession of Marijuana dismissed.

• Equitable issues and peculiar stop of vehicle. OWI dismissed.

• Dispute concerning legal basis for stopping vehicle. OWI reduced to Careless Driving (Civil Infraction) and Open Intoxicants in a Vehicle.

• Equitable issues. OWI reduced to Careless Driving (Civil Infraction) and Disorderly Person.

• Restricted license granted at first Secretary of State DLAD hearing, after two drunk driving convictions and three years of revocation.

• Restricted license granted at third Secretary of State DLAD hearing (the first hearing at which I represented the driver), after two drunk driving convictions and eight years of revocation.

• Equitable issues. Operating ORV while License Revoked charge reduced to no record infraction.

• Dispute concerning legal basis for stopping vehicle. OWI-Controlled Substance, Open Intoxicants, Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia all dismissed in return for plea to Obstructed View (Civil Infraction) and plea under advisement to "Violation of the Controlled Substances Act", to be dismissed at a later date.

• Equitable issues. DWLS, Disregard Red Light, and Failed to Change Address all dismissed in return for pleas to no record violations.

• Equitable issues and doubtful justification for stopping vehicle. OWI-Controlled Substance reduced to Failed to Stop in Assured Clear Distance Ahead (Civil Infraction) and plea to Open Intoxicants in a Vehicle.

• Dispute concerning legal basis for stopping vehicle. Zero Tolerance reduced to Careless Driving (Civil Infraction) and Person under 21 Transporting or Possessing Alcohol in a Vehicle.

• No proof of driving. OWI and DWLS reduced to Loitering.

• Police had no legal basis for stopping vehicle. Zero Tolerance, DWLS, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia all dismissed.

• Dispute concerning legal basis for stopping vehicle. OWI reduced to Careless Driving (Civil Infraction).

• Police had no legal basis for stopping vehicle. Minor in Possession dismissed.

• Insufficient intent established. Filing False Police Report (of auto accident) dismissed.

• Police had no legal basis for search after approaching vehicle. Possession of Dangerous Weapon (Felony) dismissed at Preliminary Examination.
